Aspira is currently looking for a Mobile Architect Consultant to join us on an exciting project in Dublin, starting from January 2021.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of data streaming into Operational Data Store (ODS) from sources such as Primayer, Radcom, Technolog and other flow / level / pressure loggers as well as the Dublin Regional Telemetry System (DRTS)
• Maintain and resolve both ODS and Leakage Management System (LMS) incidents in a timely manner
• Appropriate escalation and communication to key stakeholders as well as the System Integrator supply chain.
• Responsible for the development of creative and innovative standard and managed data service agreements with the key supply chain.
• Maintain daily report cards per Local Authority (LA) for all their data signals.

Expectations / Skills required:

• Over 5 years’ experience in time series systems and data flows
• At least 11 years’ experience in managing stakeholders and stakeholder engagement
• At least 6 years’ experience in Irish based water or gas utilities
• At least 4 years’ experience of working with Local Authorities
• At least 4 years’ experience working with system integrators in Ireland
• At least 2 years’ experience on a major time series ODS implementation project with near real time data intervals (15 minute and sub-15-minute intervals)
• Extensive Irish Utilities Experience with a strong understanding of the existing SLA with the Local Authorities
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Extensive knowledge of the different logger and countywide systems nationwide and their associated system integrators and hardware& software solutions
• Extensive reporting experience and achievement of KPI
• Must have experience of transitioning projects in to BAU
