Senior Application Support
I am currently looking for a Senior Application Support candidate to join my client's team in Dublin. This is a fast-moving role and candidate can expect to be interviewed as early as next week!
Key Requirements:
* Good working understanding of ITIL concepts
* Use / Management of Ticket tracking tools such as Zendesk, KACE or similar
* Good working knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS with ability to spot issues
* Basic SQL / understanding of relational databases
* Strong End-user Support - Windows / Browsers / Common Issues
* IOS / Android - tablet support
* Basic Windows Server Admin
* Basic Linux / Unix OS
* Basic AWS Admin or equivalent - EC2, S3, RDS
* Webserver Admin (IIS / Apache or equivalent)
* SSH / PuTTY / WinSCP
* Remote Desktop / TeamViewer / Quick Assist
* Intermediate Excel
* Basic Visio or similar
* Experience of conducting structured UAT Testing
* Experience of using Test Management tools to define and execute test cases
* Good Technical documentation skills
Non-Essential:
Desirable
* Website CMS (Drupal/Umbraco or similar)
* Using and managing JIRA, Trello, Kanban boards
* No-code automation e.g. Power Automate or similar
* Windows / Unix Scripting experience
* Managing and using Monitoring Tools such as Site 24/7 or similar
* Good Microsoft Teams / OneDrive / OneNote
* Understanding of Mobile App Dev concepts
* App Store / Play Store Management
* LMS Admin (Moodle / Google Classroom or similar)
* Working knowledge of ePub / LTI / QTI standards
* Experience of using Web APIs
* Working understanding of Web Security (SSL, WAF, Input Sanitisation etc.)
* Admin of eCommerce Shops
* Working knowledge of PCI DSS
* MS Project or similar Project Management Tool
