Application Support Analyst/Engineer Dublin
I have been asked to find an experienced application support analyst/engineer to join my client based in Dublin. This is an exciting time to join as they have multiple projects ongoing which you will have complete ownership over.
If you successful you will manage the platforms & day to day operational relationships and performance of our Platforms Partners whilst also managing expectations of key internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Incident management including the triage of incidents and communicating issues with platform partners
* Participate in reviews with senior management
* Problem management including root cause analysis and resolution
* Help with the onboarding of new partners and build vendor relationships.
* System management and support being aware of backlog issues and being able to communicate effective workarounds
* Lead a team of QA's to ensure that all new software released is up to company standards
Key Requirements:
* Degree educated in related area
* 5+ years experience in application support or related role
* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in ITIL, QA, Agile, AWS, SQL and Jira
* Previous experience leading a project
