Level 1 Support
My client requires a level 1 helpdesk/desktop support to join there expanding team. This is an exciting time to join as they are going through an aggressive growth period. If you are looking to start your IT career this could be for you.
Key Responsivities:
* Scoping tickets logged via email or ticketing system.
* Understanding prioritisation as per ITIL Model.
* Creating tickets to ensure accurate information is available for escalation team
* Ensuring priority is correct before escalating to correct department
* Working and resolving on service requests and incidents from an end user perspective.
* Customer communication via emails and phones.
Key Requirements:
* Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff at client sites.
* Quickly build rapport and gain client confidence.
* Work individually and as a team.
* Microsoft Windows Server
* Active Directory
* Office 365
* Strong networking skills
