Our client is currently looking for an Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join their Infrastructure Team on a long term contract.

You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, be able to work as part of a team and have excellent troubleshooting skills.

 You will have experience of:

• Active Directory
• Windows Server
• Windows 10
• Exchange 2016
• Networking Fundamentals
  

You will ideally have experience of some of the following:

• Group Policy
• AntiVirus products
• Microsoft Direct Access
• Cisco Email Security Appliance
• Cisco Web Security Appliance
• Skype for Business
• O365
• Citrix XenApp
• WiFi 

 You will have excellent communication skills and be eligible to work in Ireland.
