Windows Systems Administrator - 45-55K
This is a brand new role with one of our exclusive Dublin based clients. They are looking to expand their current infrastructure team by taking on a windows systems administrator and are likely to expand further once this role is in place. The successful candidate will join a very tight knit team where you'll get access to a wide range of technologies and some of the best training and technical progression available.
The company have a hugely impressive list of clients and have made some great investment and improvements to their infrastructure and software over the past year. During which time the team has grown from strength to strength and this shows no sign of slowing down despite the difficult economic situation that we all find ourselves in.
The ideal candidate here needs to have solid base of technical experience and be keen to expand their knowledge and continue to progress their career in a company that will support and allow them to flourish. Ideally you'll be used to a broad environment and have exposure to a variety of different technologies within IT Infrastructure. You'll be working to support end users, troubleshooting system and network issues and helping to build and support a number of IT software solutions. You will work very closely with the IT manager and have an excellent opportunity to learn and improve with on the job training.
Desired Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* Extensive windows server experience (2012/2016).
* Experience in Hyper-V.
* Strong experience with SQL Server/Exchange server admin.
* Knowledge of office 365 and Microsoft Azure is highly desirable.
* Powershell scripting experience would be a huge bonus.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
