Service Delivery Manager required to join a cutting-edge technology company based in Dublin City Centre. The company is a well-established and well-funded market leader in the cyber security space. The Service Delivery Manager will work as an intermediary between end Clients (governments and large commercial organizations worldwide) and the internal technical team (DevOps and Cloud Services).
Role Summary:
· Work closely with an exceptional DevOps team responsible for maintaining the security, and availability of the hosted services
· Responsibility for all aspects of key mobile and web-based security product used by high profile customers
· Develop and procedures for data protection and privacy
· Provide report to customers on service delivery metrics
· Work with al key stakeholder to ensure sufficient capacity, availability and service continuity
Requirements
· 5+ years’ project management / service delivery experience
· Strong knowledge of ITIL based service management
· Strong technical management with understanding of cloud-based infrastructure
· Data driven performance management and planning experience
· Ability to create monthly and quarterly business reviews
· Understanding of basic P&L and financial management
· Excellent communication skills.
