My Client are an award-winning software provider based in Dublin offering innovative solutions keeping them ahead of competitors. They are offering the Lead Site Reliability Engineer a stable, secure, and well-established environment having been around for nearly 30 years. Due to the ongoing success we have an opening for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join the existing team. Responsible for the leadership of the SRE team, including the delivery, quality and function of the work product. In conjunction with the SRE team, align, define, agree and ensure adherence to agreed ways of working. Ensure tools, approaches and standards are able to scale at speed. Drive standardisation, processes and tooling to ensure a consistent, reliable, high quality work output.

Responsibilities of the Lead Site Reliability Engineer role:
• Driving improved levels of SRE performance by identifying, defining and implementing processes to prevent repeated failure
• Delivery of high quality, reliable services to customers
• Delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations
• Documenting processes and procedures
• Measurement and reporting for the SRE functions
• Managing the staffing of the SRE functions
• Managing the recruitment, training and professional development of the SRE Team
• Involvement with the wider business objectives in relation to ISO 27001, Continuous Improvement, Lean and other initiatives
