Senior UI / UX Designer – Limerick
About the Role
Our Client, is a leading independent governance services and investment research firm, serving institutional investors worldwide. You will work directly with the product owners and development team to define, refine and help implement new products. As a member of a small but growing team, you'll get to run the entire User Centered Design Process for each feature/product you own.

Responsibilities of the Senior UI / UX Designer Role:
• Conduct UX research across multiple products
• Leverage UX research insights to communicate your ideas visually
• Work with cross-functional teams to build and test your user experiences.
• Understand and organize complexities, promoting modern interaction design patterns and best practices
• Interact directly with both internal and external stakeholders on key development initiatives
• Design concepts for interactions
• Conduct usability testing

Required Skills and Experience for the Senior UI / UX Designer Role:
• Demonstrated excellence in interactive design, information architecture, and translating research into design decision
• Able to manage your own time on multiple projects, whether working independently or collaboratively with a team
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch and Adobe products and prototyping tools such as InVision
• Experienced in Agile, lean, or other iterative product development approaches
• Confident in presenting work and articulating user experience issues and concerns to team members and stakeholders
