Responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer role:
• Provide technical support
• High Quality customer service
• Provide onsite support
• Conduct solution acceptance testing and handover
• Create and maintain customer support documentation
• Design and deliver customer training
Required Skills and Experience for the Technical Support Engineer role:
• 4 Years’ experience in a Similar role
• Database experience SQL
• Development/Scripting skills - Perl, Bash, JavaScript, Ansible
• Linux installation and administration
• IP LAN/WAN design and administration
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Web Service configuration/administration
