My Client is a leading provider of Data Monetization Solutions is expanding and seeking an experienced JEE developer to join their growing team in Limerick. This role will provide the successful Java Developer with scope to participate in developing and growing the function within the company. Responsibilities of the Java Developer role:
• Analyse, design and code in Java/Java JEE environment
• Participate in reviews of Design, Functional Specifications and Code developed by other team members
• Implement complex modules with minimal supervision
• You as a JEE UI Developer will take a component design and progress it through development, testing, Documentation and delivery
• Create and review of Test Plans and Test Tools
• Install and deliver developed applications to customer sites
• Develop high-level system architecture designs

Required Skills and Experience for the Java Developer role:
• The perfect JEE UI Developer will have a relevant degree with 5 years industry experience (using Java)
• ORM frameworks such as hibernate
• Understanding of microservice / cloud-native associated architectures and design patterns
• Kubernetes, Docker and Ansible
• Knowledge of REST/JSON
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of spring frameworks
• Development on a Linux platform
