IT Supprt Engineer - Windows
My client a leading company in Dublin are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT support engineer with extensive knowledge and experience within a Windows evironment. You will join an expanding team of support engineers.
Responsibilies:
- Provide 3rd level support on Windows related issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in a Windows enviroment
- Work with Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop
- Document all issues and report to the support team
- Run tests and implement changes to Windows systems
Essential criteria:
- Third level degree in IT related subject
- 10 years' experince within a Windows enviornment
- Expert knowledge and experience with Windows 2019, Windows 10, Citrix and Active Directory
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, Hyper-v, VMWare and XenDesktop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
