IT Support Team Lead

My client, a leading software house in Dublin, is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join the team in a senior position. You will be leading a technical IT support team and overseeing project work.

Responisibilites:

- Team lead of level 2 and level 3 support engineers

- Deliver IT projects to clients

- Efficiently diagnose and resolve client issues

- Mentor and train the team of support engineers

Essential Criteria:

- Third level degree in an IT related subject

- 3-5 years' experince in a senior IT position

- Expert level knowledge of Windows

- Excellent experience in Infrastructure Virtualisation

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

- Expert problem solving skills

Desirable:

- Full clean driver's licence
