IT Helpdesk Analyst
My client is an expanding service provider who is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their fantastic team. You will be assisting the senior support analysts and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level IT Support to clients
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve user related issues
- Work with senior engineers and assist with support
- Liaise with clients and internal staff
- Office admin as required and assist with policies
Essential Criteria:
- Third level degree in an IT subject area
- 2 years' experience in an IT Support role
- Experience with Windows and iOS
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communciation and interpersonal sills
- Knowledge of basic networking
