My client, a network security company based in Dublin, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support team member to provide level 1 and level 2 support. You will be an enthusiastic IT professional who can deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and solve issues with hardware and software
* Troubleshoot and repair problems with systems
* Provide level 1 and level 2 support to users and assist the support team
* Liaise with users and clients
* Identify trends with problems
* Provide inhouse and external support
Essential Criteria:
* 1-2 years' experience in an IT support role
* Third level degree in an IT subject
* Experience with Windows, Active Directory and VMWare
* Great interpersonal skills
* Great communication skills
Desirable:
* Working knowledge of CISCO and Citrix
