My Client provides Voice and Data solutions, Outsourced Helpdesk and Private Cloud Solutions nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to expand there knowledge within the industry whilst working in a busy environment based in Cork.

Responsibilities of the Level 3 Field Service Role:
• On-site engineering skills, Installation, and support on LAN equipment
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience resolving a wide range of technical issues
• Diagnose and resolve Network related technical problems with client’s Broadband connections and end-user networking environments
• Experience working and troubleshooting in a Hyper-V, Group Policy & DNS
• AV solutions – Malware, encryption software installation, and troubleshooting

Required Skills and Experience for the Level 3 Field Service Role:
• 5+ years IT support experience in a similar role
• Third level Technical qualification preferred, or alternative,
• Excellent technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Microsoft MCP Server, MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA A+ Networking qualification
• A strong customer-focused communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
