FRS Recruitment are looking a number of Application Support Analyst for a Global Company based in the heart of Dublin city centre.

This is a 12-Month contract with an attractive daily rate on offer (DOE).

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshooting issues with web applications and other technical issues encountered by customers
* Provide first class cloud user experience to customers and partners
* Work closely with cross functional teams to help troubleshoot technical issues

Key Requirements:

* 2 + years' experience in a similar technical support role for cloud applications /web technologies
* Excellent documentation skills
* Strong customer support skills and the ability to explain complex issue to non-technical people
* Must be able to work well in a team environment
* Must possess a sense of urgency to resolve customer issues
* SalesForce Administration
