Our Client is a large legal firm based in the City Centre and its IT department supports 800 staff located in Dublin, Belfast, London and US.
Technology Solutions Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate joining the Client Technology department to help drive the transformation of how professional services are delivered and maintained.
What’s involved:
- Oversee all day-to-day administration (performance, storage, users etc.) in line with business needs and in adherence to the client’s IT Operations, Cloud, IT Security and Risk policies.
- Provide the first level of contact and technical support between the firm's end users and the suite of Client Technology applications.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements before relaying findings to technical teams
- Be first point of contact between technical team and all stakeholders and end users
- Communicate clearly and concisely to all project stakeholders, at all stages of project life cycle
- Develop strong understanding of all IT applications, business approaches and processes used across the business
What you need:
- 2-3 years’ experience in Applications Support with strong client facing element
- Understanding of more than one coding languages (Python, Perl, Java or JavaScript)
- Strong proficiency with the full Microsoft office suite
- Technical knowledge of data models and enquiring about relation databases using SQL
What’s on offer:
- €40,000 – €45,000 Dependant on Experience
