IT Support Engineer - Level 1
My client is Irelands Leading Fresh Produce Company that operates a consolidation service for retailers and suppliers alike. They are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will join the IT Support team providing general Level 1 technical support to end users. This is a full-time permanent position based in North Dublin.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer Level - 1 Role:
• PC and Laptop hardware replacement, maintenance and troubleshooting
• PC software, OS & hardware installation
• Log and follow up on issues with IT support company.
• Windows 7/8/10 troubleshooting and support
• VoIP/ IP Phones
• Client Network Cabling and Patching
• Desk Moves, Rollouts, Client data transfer
• Microsoft Excel & Outlook support
• Thin Client hardware support & installation
• Client Print support
• Smartphone configuration (iOS and Android)
• Providing IT helpdesk support
• Application support
Required Skills and Experience of the IT Support Engineer - Level 1 Role:
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in similar IT support role in warehousing / logistics environment
• A relevant technical degree / and or industry qualifications beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
• Must be Available to work 5 days over 7 as rostered
• Own transport is essential
