Our client is a Global Brand, based in Dublin City Centre, they have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Specialist.

Our client has a strong national and global presence across the consulting sectors. Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for Desktop Support Specialist to work closely with the Head of IT and Solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

·         Previous project management experience preferable

·         Excellent relationship and team based skill set

·         Experience of Microsoft and Office 365 preferable .

·         Critical role in delivery a top tier service to the existing client base

·         Previous experience delivery of service desk support and changes

·         Information security, Cyber or Capacity experience

The successful candidate will have the following:

·         Previous experience in an administrative support or cloud experience

·         Excellent networking skills (DNS, WIFI, LAN)

·         Ability to work closely with c level suite stakeholders

·         Proven track record working in a fast paced environment

·         Replication or Veeam Back up experience
