System Analyst - Remote - Contract - Ireland

Roc Search has partnered with a leading firm headquartered in Mayo, Ireland to support them with their search for an experienced System Analyst on a 12 month contract basis. This role can be done remotely but the successful candidate must be based in the Republic of Ireland.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Design of IT solutions.
*

Understanding of business operations and systems.
*

Meet with project stakeholders to gather and translate business and technical requirements into documentation.
*

User Stories, documentation, diagrams, models etc.
*

Provide support to the Development and QA teams.
*

Support in developing and documenting the Technical Architecture.
*

Determine technical solutions and ensure that they meet business requirements
*

Understanding of systems infrastructure, platforms, databases, networks and security.
*

Data modelling.
*

SQL scripting.
*

Knowledge of UML
*

Advantageous to have

*

Software development experience
*

Experience working in an Agile environment.

*

12 month contract
*

Remote
