L3 Technical Support Engineer - North Dublin
My client based in Dublin requires a Technical Support Engineer for a daily rate contract. You will be working on a busy helpdesk acting as a point of escalation for L2 engineers.

Role
* Researching, diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware and network problems
* Resolve network issues and configure OS using remote desktop connections
* Contact clients by email, phone and chat to resolve both quick fix and in-depth technical issues
* Act as a point of contact for complex issues
Responsibilities
* 3+ years' experience in a technical, desktop, IT help desk type role
* First-hand experience with Vmware, Office365, Sharepoint, Servers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
* Any applicable certs in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux etc is desirable
