Summary: My client a Healthcare Organisation has a challenging but exciting piece of work for a Quality Manager enthusiast. My client needs a Quality Project Manager - for Healthcare Implementation. My client is implementing a quality framework across all their services on the front line. Build quality framework from front line up to board level. You will be working with 400 staff clinical and admin, build their culture of quality across multiple divisions and locations, so this person will need to be mobile, when required.
The ideal candidate; is somebody that has Quality Training/Master's Degree in Quality/Public Health. Clinicians and or Project Managers with quality background and worked in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities:
My client needs a Quality Manager who will support the design, implementation, monitoring and review of a quality framework. Essentially, my client needs someone to standardise a quality best practice and implement it across all their services work with front line services to make improvements.
* In collaboration with other members of the Quality team, support the development of a programme for quality improvement, including quality priorities and metrics and ensure timely delivery.
Skills:
* 5 plus years in a healthcare management role, of which at least 3 must be quality related
* Must have a CLINICAL background
* Strong experience of leading out on quality and safety, governance, and assurance within a healthcare context
* Proven experience in Project Managing, Monitoring and Implementation of national and international healthcare standards and accreditation systems
* 3rd level healthcare qualification. MSc is desirable, but not essential.
