My client is a leading consultancy who have a team of certified and experienced professionals who can boast of experiences across Salesforce including (but not limited to):
* Service Cloud
* Marketing Cloud
* Sales Cloud
Due to new business relationships and the continuous growth plan my client are looking for individuals to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for a role which will be 90% on site in Dublin with the occasional travel required.
Can you develop a shared timeline and take ownership for the technical delivery of the solution?
Do you have experience of working within internal development and configuration teams?
What Skills you must carry
* Salesforce Certification
* Development experience on the Force.com platform
* Writing clean and expansive Apex code
* Continuous Integration
* MVC and RESTful
* OOD
* EUROPEAN Citizen or have transferable Irish work permit
As a Developer you will
* play a vital role in an agile development team using modern development practices
* develop solutions, which will be relevant to complex business requirements
* take ownership of all deliverables and propose suitable solutions
* work with a variety of development teams in an agile environment
* ensure all development plans are delivered on time with accurate estimates
* be part of the company who collaborates across projects and shares knowledge
As a Technical Lead you will
* Project delivery within budget, scope, quality and time
* Allocate project tasks to the team
* Risk & Issue identification and management throughout all projects
* Lead project teams to implement project deliverables - You must have a hands-on mentality
* Create documentation for projects including: Project plan, Gantt Chart, Status Report, Risk Logs etc
* Monitoring and assisting delivery of development tasks
* Close collaboration with the delivery team to guide & advise on design and technical implementation
* Ensure technical quality and good design principles are followed
* Report regularly to the management team in project progress
* Management of change throughout the project delivery
* Manage the handover of the project with customer and/or support
* Assist with operational improvement tasks within the delivery team & PMO
* If project timelines are not hit - Additional workload will be expected to ensure delivery
