Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business users and stakeholders
* Lead Business Requirements gathering sessions and translate those requirements into functional requirements
* Manage incoming Change Requests, prioritise and drive the delivery of the solution to ensure it is on time and to budget
* Leading and coordinating application testing and assurance activities
* Work closely with Vendors across support and projects to ensure that our business needs are being met in a timely fashion and to a high degree of quality
* Understand the data needs of the different Business areas and working with the Head of Applications identify how these can be met by the ERP and other supporting system
* Manage incidents, liaising with the wider IT team and Third Parties to ensure the ongoing delivery and maintenance of the applications
* Work with key stakeholders to influence and drive continuous improvement to functionality and processes
* Overseeing IT projects through all phases from initiation to completion
* Carrying out user support and training on applications
* Contribute to the systems design and development standard and guidelines
* Keeping up to date on IT issues and developments in Manufacturing and ERP systems
* Monitor any potential risks and highlight these to the Head of Applications as required
* Any other duties assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Relevant third level degree or equivalent with at least 5 years' experience, ideally with a company in a related sector
* Relevant experience in the Manufacturing sector, possessing a strong understanding of the Manufacturing business end to end processes and requirements
* In depth knowledge of ERP systems and prior experience implementing, supporting, configuring and developing ERP systems
* Strong ability to gather, understand and translate business requirements into working solutions
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships (both internal and external) with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
* Ability to ensure the successful execution of solution delivery projects by aligning cost, service and product selection to business needs and expectations
* Previous experience in delivering business solutions across the full project life cycle
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges
