Fast forward to 2019 and they have a new office in London, a team of 30+ and a market leading grant management system; Flexi-Grant® which has been implemented in over 70 grant giving organisations across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Flexi-Grant® enables organisations like the Royal Society, the Stroke Association and MIND to distribute funding to solve some of the world's biggest challenges.

In order to support their continued growth plans, Fluent Technology are seeking to appoint a Chief Technology Office (CTO) to provide strategic technology leadership in order to deliver on market and financial growth. The CTO will oversee all technical aspects of the products and services and will work with the executive team to attain strategic objectives for the business. They will lead and develop a high-performing, fast-delivering engineering and product team who will be responsible for delivering innovative and robust solutions to meet market requirements.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
* Significant experience in a senior leadership role in the successful creation, growth and development of a cloud-based technology platform.
* Proven experience of working in a fast-paced, growing and innovative organisation with a track record of adding value to both the customers and the company.
* In-depth knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle, methodologies and best practices and clear evidence of project management.
* Demonstrable experience of building and motivating high-performing development and delivery teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience of setting and managing budgets for technical IT products and services.
