Your new company
Java Technical Lead role based in Belfast with a world-renowned company who are looking to start a new team to develop a brand new, exciting product that will change the shape of their company forever. You will be in the driver's seat working directly with the manager to design, develop and implement a new software solution, utilising the best technologies for the job. You will be working within a brand new team, so think of this as a start-up with a multi-billion dollar backing.
Your new role
As the Technical Lead on the team you will also be taking the responsibilities of an architect, planning out the best tech to use and problem solve to find the best way to bring this new and exciting product to market. Don't worry about being pulled more towards the hands off side of things, this role will very much allow you to do what you got into the development world to do: code! You will be one of the key members of an exciting new chapter in this company's story and you will have a hand in building out a team of elite developers around you to help you with this task.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have previous experience in delivering large-scale projects in a Technical Lead position and have hands on experience with Java, Spring and cloud technologies. Having experience with React and Flux would be a huge bonus, but it's not make or break! If you are someone who is eager to take the next step in their career and challenge themselves then there is no role on the market better for you than this.
