Java Team Lead Contract

Dublin - 12+ Month Contract - €450 - €550 / day

* Join a newly formed team as the team lead
* This is a new role, you will have great scope to make improvements
* Many projects that you will oversee including Spring Boot implementations and AWS.
* Manage a team of tech leads, Java Devs, UI / Mobile Devs (onshore & offshore)
* Ensure development standard / quality are high, put processes in place
* Able to manage the ratio of code quality : delivery

Desired Skills / Experience

Java Team leadership experience is preferred,
A background in Java development is essential
Strong understanding from a higher level perspective of modern JEE tech - Spring, REST, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices etc.
Experience managing both on and offshore teams, able to effectively engage both
Understand Agile processes , the benefits of automation etc.
