Level 2/3 Technical Support Engineer
My client based in North Dublin requires a L2/L3 Support Engineer for a daily rate contract. You will be take all means necessary to resolve system issues and follow relevant procedures to escalate issues.

* 6 Month Daily Rate Contract

Role
* Researching, diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware and network problems
* Resolve network issues and configure OS using remote desktop connections
* Contact clients by email, phone and chat to resolve both quick fix and in-depth technical issues
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in a technical, desktop, IT help desk type role
* First-hand experience with Windows, Mac and Linux operating environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple
* Any applicable certs in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux etc is desirable
