Full stack team leader

My client, a successful, global and widely known company are urgently looking for an experienced Team Lead to assist them in improving a fantastic, high calibre team here in Dublin who wish to revolutionize how they build and deploy their software.

This will be a hands-on role where the ideal candidate will provide leadership for their high-performing engineering team, the ideal candidate will have a full stack background and must provide technical excellence for the company to reach the pinnacle of the worldwide market.

Essential Requirements include:

Minimum 1 years Team lead experience

4 years development experience ideally.

Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Knowledge of and exposure to Node.js highly desirable.

Java, PHP or .NET experience.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Positive and approachable persona.

Previous experience in an agile environment

The successful team lead will be focused on site in Dublin and must not only be able to provide technical excellence but must also be able to inspire and motivate the team in order to keep the business progressing at an excellent rate.

The role is very much hands on and will allow you to get to grips with the latest industry tech and hold discussions with the team and senior managers and delegate tasks across the team.
