IT Security Engineer - Contract

My client based in Dublin City Centre requires a strong IT security engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The team manages all tech related security issues across the organisation including disaster recovery, privacy and data integrity.

6 Month Daily Rate ContractRole

Support teams on information security related issues
Manage 3rd party and supplier review programs and ensure that all meet minimum security standards and continiusly improve info sec stance
Aid the planning, implementation and delivery of information security awareness and training across the organisation
Help in the creation and rollout of infromation security polcies
Manage penetration testing programResponsibilities

5+ years experience in an info sec role or managing security controls
Relevant security certifications e.g. CISSP, CISP, CEH, CHFI
Cloud certs are desirable
Knowledge and understanding of PCI-DSS, GDPR and other regulatory/legal requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
