PHP

I'm delighted to be working with a home-grown company who are currently seeking a PHP Developer to take up a fundemental role within the development team in order to aid the design and development of an exciting new online platform. You will be required to use your technical ability and first-class knowledge to not only ensure you meet your own targets, but also inspire and influence those around you to keep the project on track.

You will join a team of 12 designers and developers all working together in a productive and yet enjoyable working environment where company culture dictates that communication and idea sharing are key to achieving success.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent industry qualification.

Minimum 3 years commercial experience with PHP

MVC Framework experience highly desirable: Laravel /Symfony preferred

Familiarity with Front end tech such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript

Knowledge of Angular desirable.

PostgreSQL experience ideal

Excellent communication skills

Prior experience of leading teams or managing people is desired.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop new technology platform

Contribute to all phases from technical design through to system integration

Mentor and guide other developers.

Collaborate with designers.

Oversee feature development, ensuring they are built in line with user requirements
