Information Security Lead - Dublin

A truly fantastic opportunity has opened within my client's IT Team for you to join as the Lead of the Information Security Department. You will be joining the Dublin office as the Information Security Lead reporting and working closely with the CFO.

The Information Security Lead will be working in a diverse environment providing security leadership, vision and strategy. You will take ownership and lead and install security awareness across the company and bring people along the journey.

A few big projects currently underway including ISO and PCI programmes at the moment, implementation or auditing experience would be ideal.

You will have worked in a fast paced, high volume environment that has high data and traffic.
You will also mentor the junior team members.

A strong background in IT is essential with the natural progression into Security.
Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection as you will be working closely with the Data Protection managing incidents

They have a range of projects ongoing as an org, and would want someone that can look at the security projects and assess from a security risk point of view.

Lead and help shape the Security Framework of the company that is always changing and ensure that the function is monitored allowing you to be proactive in your approach.
Also, a background in Financial Management and Budget Management

Easily commutable via public transport.
