Manager of Professional Services - Dublin
€80-100,000 DOE
We are currently working with one of Ireland's leading cloud solutions providers and are excited to offer you the chance to join as a Manager of Professional Services. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and you will be responsible for management of the day to day delivery of project services for the Group customers.
As the Manager of Professional Services you will be the Senior point of contact for all clients, ensuring that the levels are up held to the highest standard.
You will lead the Group projects across Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital and Cyber Security which will include Project/Programme Management expertise to work closely with Board, C-Level, Heads of Department and Team Managers. You will ensure that the all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As the Manager of Professional Services you will also be evaluating the business needs in terms of delivery and you will manage 80/100 projects at any one time. You will manage a team of project managers. Ideally you will have some experience with programme management, creating processes, creating and building teams, creating frameworks and ensuring all these are followed and adhered too.
You will be a strong leader that understands strategic IT needs and will have worked with both SME and Enterprise clients with excellent people management skills.
Essential Skills:
* Expertise in the IT Industry.
* Expertise in the delivery and program management of infrastructure and security projects.
* Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud and Cyber Security
* Leadership, people skills and ability to work one on one
* Ability to work with all levels of organisation including C Suite
* Excellent presentation skills
* Proven ability to work with clients understanding needs
* Strong planning and time management skills
Education and experience:
* 5+ years' experience in Project or Program management at a senior management level.
* Certified in Project Management frameworks ideally Prince 2
* Background in building and developing teams
* Previously been involved in the hiring of new staff
* Experience with budgeting and finance
* Previous worked with Risk Management
* IT regulatory frameworks
