I'm working with a well-regarded, Irish-owned IT Managed Services Provider in their search for their next Pre-Sales Lead.
Working as part of the Sales division, directly supporting Sales team, you'll:
Identify and create opportunities to grow relationships with both new and existing clients.
Establish, qualify, understand and validate the clients' business and technical requirements to a sufficient level that enables them to translate these into a tailored communications roadmap.
Proactively engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions and effectively communicate the USP's.
Promptly respond to customer questions with technical explanations of solution features and capabilities.
Serve as a technical coach to both internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
Manage technical validation activities including Proof of Concepts The Requirements:
Significant Pre-Sales experience within an IT (MSP preferable) environment - Proficiency in Cloud solutions highly advantageous
An ability to rapidly understand and translate clients' business challenges and concerns into a technical, solution-oriented discussion.
Persuasive communication skills for presenting to all customer levels, from C-Level to ICT managers and Solution Architects.
Resourcefulness, creativity and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems.
Excellent written communication skills with experience in preparing Proposals and Tender responses
Ability to communicate a technical message with commercial relevance to a non-technical audience.
Ability to work as part of a team in delivering a proposal.
Experience in developing high-level designs.
Excellent report writing in both technical and commercial disciplines
Proven delivery of customer Cloud Solutions in a Pre-Sales capacity
Experience with IT compliance principles and ISO practices
