Risk and Compliance Manager

Job Description:

My client is looking to offer an outstanding opportunity to lead the risk and compliance sector in one of the World's leading investment companies, in their Dublin office, Ireland.

Required Characteristics:

* At least 10 years previous experience working in a Risk or Compliance related role
* Degree in Business, Accounting or a similar sector
* Strong knowledge within Financial Services, Compliance, Risk Internal Audit Monitoring or Corporate Governance
* EU Data Protection, Legislation and Guidance knowledge
* Strong analytical and problem solving within IT assurance agenda including IT Security, Data Handling, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and Project Management
* Developing Key-Risk Indicators and Management Information Systems to provide appropriate risk update and ensure assurance risks are being managed

This Role:

This role is an attractive progressive leading vacancy both within Ireland and globally, you will be an advisor to the internal management team ensuring vigorous security controls in all systems. Ensuring that competition laws, GDPR and other statutory regulatory systems are in place.
