€35-50,000 DOE plus benefits
My client are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic professional to join their IT infrastructure team. You will joining the team as a Senior IT Technical Support Engineer and will be given the chance to work with world class technologies in a fast paced environment and also be provided the necessarily tools to project your career!
The client is in a significant period of growth and have been building out the IT Infrastructure team in line with the advances of their current technology stack.
This is a full time permanent opportunity working onsite in the Dublin city centre headquarters, support the corporate IT environment. You will work with teams both onsite and remotely ensuring that the service standards are upheld.
This involves the servicing of all desktop and laptop computer systems, repairs, and installation of hardware and software products.

Senior IT Technical Support:
* Previous experience working in support role with remote and onsite
* Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
* Understanding of enterprise technical environments to included Networking (LAN/WAN/WiFi, Data) and Servers
* Strong background in Windows and Office 365
* Experience of working in a cloud based environment
* Relevant certifications would be desirable
* Hands on hardware exposure with desktops & laptops
* Excellent interpersonal skills
