My Client provides an inventive payment technology to well established business’s. Due to quick expansion they are now operating from Ireland, UK and some European countries. They have built up a major cliental are now servicing over 1,500+ customers on a daily basis.
With the continuous growth and success of the company an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Ireland office for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their ever growing team today.
The ideal candidate would need to be self-efficient, can work well as part of a team, have good communication skills, can work well under-pressure and willing to grow within their role.
About the Cloud Infrastructure role:
My client is already working with Data centre footprint but requires a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to set up a Cloud-based hosting environment. You will be required to assist with implementation, operation and monitoring this division. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer your main responsibilities will include organising the design of the programme. You will also liaise with other data centres for support and the upkeep of this project.
Responsibilities of the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role:
• Supporting the design & implementation of the new Cloud Infrastructure
Required Experience and Skills of the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role:
• Must have at least 2 years Cloud Computing experience
• Azure or AWS certified is essential
• IT Cert desirable, 3rd level qualified preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a network designer role
• Must have a strong understanding of tools/ techniques such as Disaster Recovery & IT Service Continuity
• Must have full working rights in Ireland to apply for this position
• Willing to work in Navan office and transfer to Trim from October
• Has a positive attitude and willing to get the job done to high standards
• Strong application process workflow and problem solving techniques.
