TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in South Dublin, is seeking applications for an IT Security Consultant to join their team.
Our client is an expert in IT Security and Enterprise Security and is adding to their Consulting team.
Role
*Interact and Consult with clients around their security landscape/current security environment/potential risks/threats
*Create an "As is" picture and work closely with IT Engineers/Pre-Sales to advise of the "To Be" environment for the client
*Constantly monitor and liaise with the customers around progress for their integration work
*Produce details and regular data reports to clients showing progress/improvement
*Run workshops with clients to educate, inform and advise them of work in progress
Skills Required
*Strong IT Technical background ideally in Networking/LAN/WAN/TCP/IP/Infrastructure
*Strong Desire to be Client-Facing/Consultative or previous IT Consulting expertise
*Ability to present/run client events/workshops/catchups/feedback sessions
*IT Security Qualification desirable
*Familiar with ITIL/ISO Certification processes/requirements
*Experience interacting with Senior Level IT Executives - CTO, CIO, CSO, IT Director/IT Manager.
This is a permanent role which will involve some travel to the UK and throughout Ireland occasionally. Candidates should be flexible regarding travel and be able to flex their working work to suit the needs of their clients.
