Network & Security Consultant (Project)
itContracting are pleased to be partnering with our client in the hiring of a Network & Security Consultant. This is a daily-rate contract position based with our client in Dublin West.
You Must Have:
* Excellent understanding and experience with enterprise firewalls and network security
* Cisco ASA Firewall knowledge and experience is essential
* Previous experience with production/ manufacturing environments desired
Contract/ Project Requirements:
* Look at all client locations and review/ analyse existing network traffic flows between devices and networks
* Work with local onsite teams to understand current and future network access requirements
* Identify what traffic is required, what rules need to be removed, changed or further locked down
* Document current environment in detail
* Evaluate, plan and document how to further secure and lock down firewalls
* Submit very detailed changes to be completed.
* Additional work may be required relating to Forcepoint and Checkpoint
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
