QA Lead Engineer – Dublin - €45 – 65k
We are looking for QA Lead Engineers to join our growing team.

- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Mathematics (minimum II.I or equivalent)
- Software/Systems/Test engineering experience with min 3 years experience.
- Experience in test automation using languages like Java or Groovy
- Experience with technologies like Selenium, Appium, Geb, JMeter, JUnit
- Good knowledge of Automotive standards and test methods
- Good knowledge of coding standards
- Good knowledge of working on linux environments
- Broad technical expertise and interest in new technologies
- High degree of innovation and creativity
- Very strong knowledge in software process (SDLC, AGILE, etc.)
- Very strong problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
What we would like you to do
- Understand, implement and expand the Test approach required to satisfy the needs of the project
- Understand, implement and expand the Test approach concepts sufficient to test customer requirements
- Update existing Automation processes and implement continuous improvements to increase robustness and level of automation of the test system
- Communicate and work with Development Team in sprint giving feedback on requirements and milestones
- Assist where needed with the Manual teams to remove repetitive tasks
- Work closely with internal/external teams to ensure delivery of robust system test solutions that integrate into the SDLC
- Provide test automation technical leadership and support for highly complex test automation activities
- Perform duties as test automation SME and provide guidance to QA Analysts and junior test automation engineers in all areas of test automation
- Investigate and recommend test process improvements
- Establish and communicate QA KPI’s
- Establish processes and procedures to ensure system uptime and minimal defects
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with Technical Infrastructure, Quality Control, Development, and eCommerce business areas
