This position requires a self-motivated professional to work within an expanding Process Automation team providing cutting-edge RPA, OCR and machine learning solutions to clients. Primary role is to lead the development of process automation solutions to meet our clients’ requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides a superior level of experience and knowledge of process automation solutions and associated methodologies to deliver cutting edge solutions to our clients
• Demonstrated skills in understanding complex business processes to develop appropriate automation solutions
• Ensures our best practices are met throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Can architect overall RPA solutions from start to completion
• Identifies new process opportunities and quickly assesses feasibility
• Provides accurate estimates of project timelines based on analysis and experience
• Manages communication with business, information security, compliance, audit, change management and technology teams
• Designs, codes and documents automation solutions.
• Responsible for the team’s delivery, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout all phases of a project
• Manages the object inventory and ensures an efficient delivery through re-use of automation objects
• Problem solving complex issues that arise in day to day running of process automations
• Ability to perform results evaluation and identify process improvements
• Mentors colleagues through training and accreditation programs – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience

• Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in developing partnerships with the team and client and collaborating with others to exceed client expectations. Adapts style accordingly and demonstrates an understanding of the audience’s perspective. Uses discretion when dealing with sensitive information
• Professional attitude. Has developed a reputation as a trusted advisor
• Good problem-solving skills with experience in proposing different options and solutions for resolving issues
• Adaptable and responds positively to changing business issues, sees change as an opportunity to improve performance
• Keeps up to date with emerging technologies and products and identifies opportunities that these can provide         
• Good development/scripting skills in common languages such as VB, JAVA, PERL, C++, SQL

• Experience with RPA and OCR technologies (Blue Prism, UiPath, Kofax etc) required                             
• Experience in solutioning complex business challenges                                   
• Experienced in object-oriented programming and relational database design and querying concepts
• Experienced in version control and release management
• Has had exposure to web development using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with Java, .NET (C#, VB), VBA, HTML and SQL are desired                                                         
• Experience working with different system architectures
