My client, based in Roscommon, provides portfolio management solutions to a range of different clients are looking for a UX/UI designer to join their team. You will report directly to the CTO and work closely with the product manager to ensure that the user have the best possible experience with the products. The role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

* Understand the products and suggest how these can be improved
* Keep up to date with competitor products and industry trends
* Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
* Drive visual quality and consistency throughout the design process
* Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs
* Lead presentations and design reviews with key stakeholders
* Document and maintain User Experience Guidelines and UI patterns

Qualifications and Required Skills

* Proven experience within a similar role
* Proficient in Design Software, for example, the Adobe Creative Suite, Axure and Sketch
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Experience in presenting design ideas and processes to management and key stakeholders
* Problem-solving attitude
* Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS is not essential but would be beneficial
* Knowledge of SDLC and Project Management would be advantageous
