Skills/Experience to include

*Previous IT Service Desk Experience (supporting IT Issues with external clients)

*Minimum of 6 months IT Helpdesk up to 2 years of IT Helpdesk

*Active Directory Support/Email Server

*Support of Windows OS

*Support of Mobile Operating Systems/Devices

*Excellent Communication Skills - written/verbal

*Previous Ticketing System Experience

Candidates should be available to work on a shift-pattern basis - (7am to 10pm   - 4 week rotation).

Mother Tongue English is essential.
