IT Support - 2nd Line - Fixed Term Contract - Belfast
Your new company
A leading global organisation, who have reach in over 30 countries, are looking for two 2nd line Service Desk Engineers to join their Belfast team on a 6 or 10 month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for logging, troubleshooting and resolving incidents at the first point of contact, or passing incidents to an appropriate team, as well as work closely with Support Team Leaders to deliver an efficient and effective service.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, along with enthusiasm and a passion for excellent customer service. Within your previous experience, you will have developed strong verbal and communication skills along with the ability to explain technical instruction in a non-technical way. Having ITIL is also desirable. Within you previous roles, you will have also gained experience supporting web based applications and have experience with Powershell.
