* Providing I.T. support to all employees using various software applications.
* Management of overall Infrastructure / Networks, Software Development and Web Technologies.
* Management of company I.T. assets, accounts and licenses - Office 365, SharePoint, printers, laptops etc. This includes liaison with all I.T. suppliers.
* Procurement of all I.T. equipment.
* Network management, in conjunction with our I.T. cloud and managed service company.
* Experience supporting large enterprise IT Systems & Services.
* Delivery & Integration of the IT Service Management process across multiple sites within the organisation.
* Responsible for IT Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfilment.
* Collaborate with the Leadership Team relating to Data Protection, Security & Risk Management.
* Management of 3rd Party Suppliers and Budgets.
* At least 3 years' experience in similar role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Experience dealing with IT service providers
