UX Designer - Dublin
My Client is seeking a UX Designer responsible for improving the conversion rates of our different purchase funnels. As UX Designer you will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.
Responsibilities and Duties of the UX Designer role:
• Owning the conversion rates
• Set up and maintain A/B tests
• Provide data driven suggestions on design improvements leading up to increasing ROI
• Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Support the team throughout the execution of projects
• Represent the company appropriately and professionally at all times

Preferred Qualifications and Skills for the UX Designer role:
• Two or more years of UX design experience
• Commercial experience designing websites, both for Web and Mobile
• Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• A solid grasp of user-centred design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to another team

• Be open to receiving feedback and able to work with other team members
