Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin City Centre.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the Senior Technical Support Analyst will join our client’s existing support team who provide IT Support to a large local user base.

The Senior Technical Support Analyst will have:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ Years’ technical support experience
• Good Group Policy Management experience
• Strong SCCM experience:
o Creating packages
o Building devices
o Editing task sequences
o Creating and editing builds
o Troubleshooting issues – client and server
• Good Windows 7 & 10 experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
