As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating and implementing all aspects of the Scrum framework. The Scrum master will get involved with the technical aspects of the role around development but also act as the team Scrum Master. In the Scrum Master role you will also deeply embed agile practices within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sprint planning, refinement, daily scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives
* Manage deliver from concept/requirements definition to end user deployment in a fast-paced Agile environment
* Act as a coach for team members
* Drive estimation exercises and plan iterations
* Exert influence on different levels to increase velocity, predictability, innovation and quality
* Risk identification and management
* Facilitate team and ensure they work in scrum methodology
* Manage 3rd party vendors
* Complete development tasks, usually from a test or quality role

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Certification as a Scrum Master or experience as a Scrum Master
* 5+ years experience in software development in one or more of these - Ruby on Rails, Python, C#/.Net, Node.js, Angular and/or mobile technologies
* Proven experience in software project delivery using Agile
* Strong leadership and facilitation skills
* Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
* Experience working end to end on projects through to deployment
* Results Oriented
* Innovative and Initiative
