Head of Enterprise Analytics - Dublin
I am currently working closely with my Dublin based client on a Head of Enterprise Analytics role. This is an exciting new opportunity to lead the Analytics team of a Global E-Commerce company.
You will be responsible for guiding the BI team through a transformation and change process as the BI function becomes more varied and starts to bring in a range of new technologies to manage this.
You will have a lot of scope in this role as you will be responsible for making recommendations and implementing new ideas, technologies and practises across the function and liaise with C Level in order to bring about a successful transformation and implement best practise.
The Role -
* Take full responsibility for Data Strategy and BI best practise implementation
* Engage with senior stakeholders to make recommendations on how best to manage this function within the business
* Lead the Data transformation effort and make decisions on technical requirements of the team
* Make recommendations on visualisation and data analytics best practises and implement these in order to maximise functionality of the team
Requirements -
* 8+ years working on data or business analytics, ideally with a focus on e-commerce or digital
* Experience leading data transformation projects
* Familiarity with BI tools and concepts such as Data Warehousing, ETL, Tableau and other visualisation tools etc
* Experience liaising with C suite management and stakeholders
* Open to a challenging environment, strong communication and team working ability
